General Information
Mango is supposed to be
originally from India. It is grown in most of tropical countries
and it’s among the most exotic, known and longed for fruits. It
does have high contents of vitamins A and C and because of its
high content of fiber, it is ideal for the daily diet, it also
possesses laxative and diuretic properties.
It can be consumed fresh, in
juices, cocktails and sweets. Due to its high content of
antioxidants such as vitamin C and beta-carotene, this fruit is
considered of primary interest for dietary and nutritional
pourposes. It is also known to prevent skin illnesses.
